APPLICATION FORMS FOR NURSERY 2026 – 2027

will be distributed on:

12.01.2026 , 13.01.2026 , 14.01.2026

– From 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon
and
– From 2.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m.
(Timings same on All three days)

Eligibility:

The Candidate should be minimum 3 years and maximum of

3 years 11 months as on 1^st June 2026. (i.e., Candidate must be born between

(1/ 6/ 2022 and 31 / 5 / 2023)

DOCUMENTS REQUIREMENTS:

Xerox copy of the Birth Certificate of your child

Xerox Copy of the Ration Card of your family.

PLEASE NOTE :

You are requested NOT TO FORM QUEUES BEFORE.

Forms will be issued to everyone.

No donations or influence will be entertained.

Selection is NOT based on “First come first serve” basis.

Admission to Nursery does not guarantee admission to Junior K.G.

Admission of the candidate from Nursery to Junior K.G. is subjected to the discretion of the school authorities.

Admission process for Junior K.G. will be freshly done at the completion of Nursery.

BOTH THE PARENTS HAVE TO COME ALONG WITH YOUR CHILD FOR THE SUBMISSION OF THE FORM.

Please attach the following to the Application Form:

Xerox copy of Municipal / Baptismal Certificate. (for Christians – both are required)

Latest Family Photograph size : (4’’ x 3’’) with Father , Mother and children ( not cousins).
( Siblings in their School uniform)

One Passport Size Photograph of the candidate should be attached to the form

Xerox copy of : Aadhar Card of the child, Father and Mother

Laminated Birth Certificates are not allowed.

Kindly write the whatsapp number of the parent on the Form through which to send you messages.

SUBMISSION OF FILLED–IN FORMS ON –

19th , 20^thand 21^st of January 2026

between 9.30 a.m. to 12.00 noon and 1.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m.
